  2.  Consent Items* (reflecting staff recommendations) – Determination that the following concession proposals are compatible with the classification and approved general plans for their respective State Park System units:     Motion and  Vote

    1. Advertise a Request for Proposal for a 20 year concession contract to develop, operate, and maintain the camp store, gift shop, tent cabins and campgrounds at Big Basin Redwoods State Park.

    2. Advertise a Request for Proposal for a 30 year concession contract to provide high quality marina operation, promoting safe and enjoyable recreation services and goods at Lake Perris State Recreation Area.

    3. Advertise a Request for Proposal for a 25 year concession contract to develop, equip, operate and maintain a marina at Millerton Lake State Recreation Area.

    4. Advertise a Request for Proposal for a 10 year concession contract to develop, operate and maintain four beach concession facilities at Santa Monica State Beach.

  10.  CLOSED SESSION during lunch to discuss pending and/or potential litigation as permitted by Government Code section 11126 et seq. Conference with legal counsel to confer with and receive advice regarding pending litigation when discussion in open session would prejudice the position of the Commission.
