|9.|| Approval for Executive Officer to Enter into a Contract for Services to Assist the Council in Amending the Delta Plan (Action Item)|
The Executive Officer requests approval to enter into a $2.45 million contract with MWH to assist Council staff in preparing amendments to the Delta Plan.
|10.|| Discussion Regarding Risks to State Interests Due to Possible Delta Levee Failures and Update on Delta Levees Investment Strategy (Water Code §85305) (Information Item)|
Staff will present information describing the relative risks to State interests in the Delta posed by potential levee failures. They also will discuss how these risks can be addressed through development of the Delta Levee Investment Strategy, and prioritize State investment in levee operation, maintenance, and improvements in the Delta in accordance with Water Code section 85306.
