7.		Lead Scientist's Report (Water Code §85280) (Information Item) The Lead Scientist will report on Delta Science activities
8.		Adoption of June 26, 2014 Meeting Summary (Action Item) Motion and Vote
9.		Science Panel Reports to State Board on Delta Flows (Information Item) Representatives of two independent science panels will present findings from reports requested by the State Water Resources Control Board about the Delta outflows and interior Delta flows and related stressors. A representative from the State Water Resources Control Board will describe how these reports will inform their review of Delta flow objectives.
10.		Managing Delta Salinity in a Time of Drought (Information Item) A panel of experts will discuss water project operations for managing salinity in the Delta and the impact of salinity on Delta water uses
11.		Delta Plan Performance Measures (Information Item) Staff will provide an update on their efforts to implement the Delta Plan's performance measures. This presentation will include a brief overview of hte history of performance measures for the Delta, the Delta Plan's performance measures, and next steps in the implementation process.
12.		Delta Levee Investment Strategy Update (Information Item) Staff will provide an update on this project since the June 2014 Council meeting. Staff will describe efforts related to public outreach, data compilation, drafting of a risk reduction white paper and planning for the independent peer-review panel for this project.
13.		Public Comment
14.		Preparation for Next Council Meeting - Discuss (a) expected agenda items; (b) new work assignments for staff; (c) requests of other agencies; (d) other requests from Council members; and (e) confirm next meeting date.
